This trike was neglected in the rain at our house recently.  Loved the way the red pops on the gray, wet day.


Deadwood in Arkansas

An afternoon hiking in north-west Arkansas revealed a beautiful corner of the state known by few. Some fallen trees over a creek in a beech forest are a memory of that slice of the world.


Wonder

An afternoon of pennant making reminded us of some of the simple pleasures of life. The word ‘wonder’ for me defines one of the most beautiful aspects of humanity.


My second set of shock absorbers

I fit these to my GT-Four a while back and enjoyed the colours and afternoon light as I was removing them from the box.


The piano in the garden

My dear friend Mel’s veggie garden contains many delights, one of which is this old piano. Terribly out of tune its old notes provide pleasant accompaniment to the music of nature.
